A Recommendation, one of three different form types, is a questionnaire created by an Admin to be sent to Recommenders to fill out. Published Recommendation Forms can be added to General Forms or Applications by selecting the desired Recommendation Form (once created) in a Recommendation custom question.
When creating a Recommendation, Admins are prompted to give the Recommendation a unique name. Newly created Recommendations are in the Draft state. Once a Recommendation is created, Admins can add headers, text paragraphs, dividers and custom questions. Unsure what these items are? When creating a Recommendation, consider what information is needed from the recommender and the best format to gather that info. For example, you might utilize the Rating question to request info about applicants - or you might use Single Choice questions to ask yes/no type questions. It's totally up to you!
To create a Recommendation…
- Click Builder in the main navigation menu
- Click Create New
- Select Form Type Recommendation
- Click Next
- Type in a Recommendation Name
- Click Create
