Admins can duplicate Recommendations for convenience. This is extremely helpful particularly when there is a Recommendation that only needs minor edits. All edits - from adding questions to deleting fields to rearranging the order - impact ALL Traveler Recommendations that have been created FROM the original Recommendation Form. As a result, if a Recommendation needs editing and has been used previously, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to consider duplicating the Recommendation Form, editing it and then attaching the newly created Recommendation Form to General Forms or Applications. To duplicate a Recommendation…
- Click Builder in the main navigation
- Click Recommendations
- Click the 3 dots under Actions in the same row as the desired Recommendation (template) and select Duplicate
- Proceed to editing the newly created Recommendation (template)
- Click Next when edits are complete
- Click Save to save the changes
- Add to General Forms or Applications using the Recommendation question type, as desired. For more information on adding Recommendations to General Forms or Applications, click here.
