Admins in Via can create and add tags to traveler applications and forms. These tags are visible and filterable on the application and form dashboards. And, best of all, these tags are ADORABLE allowing admins to get creative with colors and emojis! (ok maybe not ‘best of all’ - but pretty darn great!)
Admins must have permission to create, edit and/or add tags to applications and forms.
🖍️ Create and Customize Application and Form Tags
Admins with permissions can customize tag names, tag descriptions, tag colors, and emojis to facilitate better tracking and review processes (beautifully created by you of course💅).
👀 Available column Views for easy reviewing and reporting
Our dashboards play a crucial role in reviewing and reporting Traveler Application and Form data. Admins have an Application and/or Form Tag column available on Application and Form dashboards. On the Application Dashboards and on the Form Completion dashboard, Admins can view the Application Tag column (as pictured below). Likewise, on the Traveler Forms and Form Content dashboards, Admins have a Form Tag column available.
