How do I remove Traveler application and form tags?

Admins with permission can remove a tag that was previously added to a traveler application or form one at a time or in batch. Tags are removed from applications or forms from within the traveler's specific application or form or in batch from the Application and Form Dashboards.

If a tag is mistakenly removed, it can always be re-added.

To remove a Tag from a Traveler application or form...

  1. Log in to Via as an admin with permission to Add/Edit Notes, Reviews & Tags for applications or forms
  2. Go the Applications or Forms dashboard
  3. Click the name of the Application or Form Template to go to a Traveler's application or form
  4. Click the dropdown menu under Application or Form Tag in the Administrative Review Panel
  5. Click the X on the tag you wish to remove
  6. Click Save

 

 

To remove Tags in batch...

  1. Log in to Via as an admin with permission to Add/Edit Notes, Reviews & Tags for applications or forms
  2. Go to the Applications or Forms dashboard and navigate to the desired dashboard view
  3. Apply your desired filters
  4. Select the checkboxes for the desired application or forms 
  5. Click Actions 
  6. Click Remove Application Tag or Remove Form Tag
  7. Choose the desired Tag from the dropdown list 
  8. Click Remove Tag
