How do I edit a Traveler application or form tag?

Admins with permission can edit traveler application and form tags. Once edited, the tag will appear everywhere in Via with the updated information. If an admin edits the tag name, for example, the new name will appear on the Traveler's application, the dashboards and in the Application Tag filter.

To edit a Tag...

1. Login to Via as an admin with permission to edit tags
2. Go the the Applications or Forms dashboard
3. Click the name of the Application or Form Template to go to a Traveler's application or form
4. Click the dropdown menu under Application or Form Tag in the Administrative Review Panel
5. Click Edit Tags
6. Click the Pencil Icon next to the Tag you want to edit
7. Edit Tag name, emoji, Tag description, and/or Tag color as desired
8. Click Save Tag
