      How do I delete a Traveler application or form tag?

      Admins with permission can delete an application and/or form tag. Deleting tags is an irreversible action, so Via recommends exercising caution when deleting tags!

       

      To delete a Tag...

      Deleting a tag will remove that tag from your Via account - including removing the tag from any and all applications or forms to which the tag was associated.

      1. Log in to Via as an admin with permission to create/edit/delete tags
      2. Go to the Applications or Forms dashboard
      3. Click the name of the Application or Form Template to go to a Traveler's application or form
      4. Click the dropdown menu under Application or Form Tag in the Administrative Review Panel
      5. Click the Edit Tags
      6. Click the Pencil Icon next to the Tag you want to delete
      7. Click the Delete/trash can icon
      8. Type DELETE to confirm deletion 
      9. Click the Delete button
