      What Triggers and Conditions are available for Application Type Automations?

      If an admin selects Application Status as the preferred trigger, it will not be available as a condition within the same automation. 

       

      Triggers

      • Application [is] started
      • Application Deadline [is] 1 to 30 Days in the future
      • Application Status [changes to] desired application status(es)
      • Term End Date [is] 1, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days in the future
      • Term Start Date [is] 1, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days in the future

       

      Conditions

      • Application Status [is] Incomplete
      • Program Origin [is] Internal/ Authorized
      • Program Country [is] or [is not] desired country(ies)
      • Program Type [is] or [is not] desired Program Type(s)
      • NEW Program Name [contains] or [does not contain] desired Program Name
      • NEW Program [is] exact program name
      • NEW Term Name [contains] or [does not contain] desired Term Name
