Admins in Via can create and add tags to Plan Forms in Via Travel. These tags are visible and filterable on the Plan Form and Plan Form Content dashboards. Additionally, Plan Form Tags are not visible to travelers. And, best of all, these tags are ADORABLE allowing admins to get creative with colors and emojis! (ok maybe not ‘best of all’ - but pretty darn great!)
Admins must have permission to create, edit and/or add tags to Plan Forms.

Admins with permissions can customize tag names, tag descriptions, tag colors, and emojis to facilitate better tracking and review processes (beautifully created by you of course💅).
👀 Available column Views for easy reviewing and reporting
Our dashboards play a crucial role in reviewing and reporting Plan Form data. Admins have a Plan Form Tag column available on the Plan Forms and Plan Form Content Dashboard Views in Via Travel. On these dashboard views, Admins can view the Plan Form column (as pictured below). You'll also be able to view, filter, and report on Plan Form Tag data through the Plan Form Content view.

To help Admins find and manage traveler plan forms more efficiently, admins can use filters for Plan Form Tags within the Plan Form and Plan Form Content Dashboard views.
Admins must first create Plan Form Tags before admins can add a Plan Form Tag.
