      How do I delete a Plan Form Tag?

      Admins with permission can delete a Plan Form Tag. Deleting tags is an irreversible action, so Via recommends exercising caution when deleting tags!

      Deleting a tag will remove that tag from your Via account - including removing the tag from any and all Plan Forms to which the tag was associated.


      To delete a Tag...

      1. Log in to Via as an admin with permission to create/edit/delete tags
      2. Go to the Via Travel dashboard
      3. Click on Plan Forms or Plan Form Content dashboard view
      4. Click the name of the Plan Form Template to go to the Plan Form Review Mode
      5. Click the dropdown menu under Plan Form Tag in the Administrative Review Panel
      6. Click the Edit Tags
      7. Click the Pencil Icon next to the Tag you want to delete
      8. Click the Delete/trash can icon
      9. Type DELETE to confirm deletion 
      10. Click the Delete button
