Solo Plan Mailers
Traveler creates Solo Plan
Any time a traveler creates a solo plan, they’re sent an email confirming the plan’s creation and asking if they’d like to continue building their itinerary.
Traveler or Admin cancels Solo Plan
Any time a traveler or admin cancels a solo plan, the traveler is notified informing them of the plan’s cancellation and asking if they’d like to view it.
Traveler or Admin reinstates Solo Plan
Any time a traveler or admin reinstates a solo plan, the admin is notified informing them of the plan’s reinstatement and asking if they’d like to view it.
Admin changes Solo Plan status
Any time an admin changes a solo plan’s status, the traveler is notified of the status change.
Group Plan Mailers
Traveler joins Group Plan
Any time a traveler joins a group plan, they’re sent an email confirming they’ve joined and asking if they’d like to continue building their itinerary.
Traveler leaves Group Plan
Any time a traveler leaves a group plan, they’re sent an email confirming they’ve left.
Admin adds Traveler to Group Plan
Any time an admin adds a traveler to a group plan, the traveler is sent an email informing them that they’ve been added and asking if they’d like to view the plan or add their own travel details.
Admin cancels Group Plan
