Solo Plan Mailers

Traveler creates Solo Plan

Any time a traveler creates a solo plan, the admin is notified informing them of the plan’s creation and asking if they’d like to see it.

Any time a traveler or admin cancels a solo plan, the admin is notified informing them of the plan’s cancellation and asking if they’d like to view it.

Group Plan Mailers

Traveler joins Group Plan

 Any time a traveler joins a group plan, the admin is notified informing them that the traveler joined and asking if they’d like to view their itinerary.
