Solo Plan Mailers
Traveler creates Solo Plan
Any time a traveler creates a solo plan, the admin is notified informing them of the plan’s creation and asking if they’d like to see it.
Traveler or Admin cancels Solo Plan
Any time a traveler or admin cancels a solo plan, the admin is notified informing them of the plan’s cancellation and asking if they’d like to view it.
Traveler or Admin reinstates Solo Plan
Any time a traveler or admin reinstates a solo plan, the admin is notified informing them of the plan’s reinstatement and asking if they’d like to view it.
Group Plan Mailers
Traveler joins Group Plan
Any time a traveler joins a group plan, the admin is notified informing them that the traveler joined and asking if they’d like to view their itinerary.
Traveler leaves Group Plan
Any time a traveler leaves a group plan, the admin is notified informing them that the traveler left.
Admin cancels Group Plan
Any time an admin cancels a group plan, they’re sent an email confirming the plan’s cancellation.
