What Plan Form Mailers are sent to Administrators?

Plan Forms are Forms that can be added to a Group or Solo Plan in Via Travel. Plan Form mailers are any Form-related mailers and are sent to Admins & Travelers. 

The Form Status mailer is the only Form mailer sent to Admins.

Form status change

Any time a Traveler’s Plan Form changes to Submitted, the Admin receives an email informing them of the form status change and encouraging them to view it. A form in the submitted status will be 'ready to review' for administrators.

Form Status Change Mailer: Submitted 

When a Form is submitted, Via will update the Form Status to Submitted and email this mailer notification to Admins. A form in the submitted status will be 'ready to review' for administrators.
