What Mailers are sent to Via Leads clients?

Via Leads license holders have the ability to create programs in Via and make them available to be authorized by other organizations. (Click here for more info on making programs available to be authorized!)

When a Traveler at one institution starts an application for another organization's program, indicates they Have a Question or sends a Learn More request, we want the provider to know about it! So Via sends the mailers listed below, including the Traveler's name and email address. All Travelers give their consent to be contacted before starting their application.

 

Via Leads clients receive the following mailers:

1. Authorized program application started

2. Have a question for an authorized program

3. Learn More about an authorized program

 

Authorized program application started

Any time a Traveler starts an application to an authorized program from a provider who has purchased Via Leads or a Via Global license, the program contact from the provider receives an email, including the Traveler’s name, email and home campus, encouraging them to follow up with the traveler. If there is no program contact, all default message recipients from the Via Leads or licensed provider receive the email. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.

Have a question for an authorized program 

Any time a Traveler clicks Have a question? on an authorized program brochure from a provider who has purchased Via Leads or a Via Global license, the program contact from the provider receives an email, including the traveler’s name, email, home campus and question, encouraging them to follow up with the Traveler. If there is no program contact, all default message recipients from the Via Leads or licensed provider receive the email. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.

Learn More about an authorized program 

Any time a traveler clicks Learn More on an authorized program brochure from a provider who has purchased Via Leads or a Via Global license, the program contact from the provider receives an email informing them of the traveler’s request to learn more, including the traveler's name, email and home campus, encouraging them to email the Traveler. If there is no program contact, all default message recipients from the Via Leads or licensed provider receive the email. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.
