What is the Events Dashboard?

The Events dashboard is where Admins can view, search, sort, filter, take action on, and generate customized CSV reports of events & event participants. Click here to learn more about dashboards in general.

To access the Events dashboard, click Events in the main navigation menu.

Within the event dashboard, there are 2 dashboard views:

  1. Events
  2. Participants

Events

This view displays one event and its details per row on the data table. The purpose of this dashboard view is to manage, report on, and create new events.  Admins can search, sort, modify the displayed columns, filter data, create custom views to share within their organization, and generate custom reports.

Via favorite data columns to filter by in this view:

  • Event Name
  • Event Timing - Upcoming, Today, Past
  • Event State - Active, Cancelled

 

The following columns are available to add or remove from view:

  • Event ID
  • Event Name
  • Same Day Attendance Link
  • Share Advance Sign-Up Link
  • Location
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Event Timing
  • Event State
  • Invited
  • Registered
  • Attended
  • Not Attended
  • Row Data Status

Participants

This view displays one event participant per event on the data table. The purpose of this dashboard is to report on event participation and communicate with your event participants. Within the dashboard,  Admins can search, sort, filter, create a new event, and batch message Travelers.

Via favorite data columns to filter by in this view:

  • Event Name
  • Registration Status - Invited, Registered
  • Attendance Status - Attended, Not Attended
  • Event State - Active, Cancelled

The following columns are available to add or remove from view:

  • Via TRM User ID
  • Preferred First Name
  • Preferred Last Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Student ID
  • Event ID
  • Event Name
