What is the Event Dashboard?

The event dashboard is where Admins can view, search, sort, filter, take action on, and generate customized CSV reports of events & event participants. Click here to learn more about dashboards in general.

To access the event dashboard click Events in the main navigation menu.

Within the event dashboard, there are 2 views:

  1. Events
  2. Participants

Events

This view displays a table of all events, one row per event. From here, Admins can search, sort, add/remove columns from view, filter, create custom filters, share custom filters with their team, generate custom reports, and create a new event.

Via favorite filters to use in this view:

  • Event Name
  • Event Timing - Upcoming, Today, Past
  • Event State - Active, Cancelled

 

The following columns are available to add or remove from view (*indicates the ability to filter):

  • Event Name*
  • Same Day Sign Up
  • Share Registration
  • Location
  • Start Date*
  • End Date
  • Event Timing*
  • Event State –> remind about putting filter in
  • Invited* –> remind about putting ‘#’ in front of columns & filters
  • Registered*
  • Attended*
  • Not Attended*

Participants

This view displays a table of all event participants, one row per Traveler. Admins can search, sort, filter, create a new event, and batch message Travelers.

Via favorite filters to use in this view:

  • Event Name
  • Registration Status - Invited, Registered
  • Attendance Status - Attended, Not Attended
  • Event State - Active, Cancelled

The following columns are available to add or remove from view (*indicates the ability to filter):

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Event Name*
  • Event Start Date*
  • Event Location
  • Event State
  • Registration Status*
  • Attendance Status*
  • Event Timing*
