What do Travelers see when Request to Withdraw is turned on?

Admins can restrict Travelers from withdrawing their applications based on application status. For more details on how to turn on and utilize this feature, click here.

Travelers will see an option to Request to Withdraw if the feature is turned on and the Traveler's application is in a permission that requires the request workflow. This option appears on the Traveler view of the program-specific application page pictured below.

When Travelers click Request to Withdraw, they will see any custom language provided by their home campus and be prompted to provide a reason for their request.

Once the request has been made, Travelers will see a note on their application indicating that their Request to Withdraw is pending review.

When an admin either Approves or Declines the Request to Withdraw, Travelers receive a notification informing them whether their request has been approved or declined.
