How do I turn on/off notifications?

The My Notifications tab in settings allows Admins and Travelers to turn on/off receiving certain mailers; not all mailers can be turned on or off. Click here for more information on Via Global mailers.

To turn mailers on/off…

Log into your Via account
Click the photo silhouette icon in the main navigation menu
Click Settings
Click the My Notifications tab
Use the ^ icon to expand each section and see all the available notifications
To turn on/off a specific mailer, click the toggle to the right of the desired mailer
To turn on/off an entire category of mailers, clicking Turn All On or Turn All Off respectively

Use the ^ icon to expand each notification to see a definition of that notification!
