Via's Intake to Travelers is one of two pre-advising tools that organizations can use to gather important information from travelers when they first create an account. It allows organizations to ask up to 21 commonly asked questions, allowing admins to collect valuable insights early on and have more meaningful conversations with travelers. Administrators with permission can disable, enable, reorder, or make pre-built Intake questions required (or optional). Organizations can also disable Via's Intake to Traveler settings option to OFF.
When travelers have responded to these questions their responses will be saved inside their profile within the Traveler Info or Program Preferences tab.
