How do I add/remove Message Recipients?

Message Recipients are Admins that are part of a group chat to Travelers. When a Traveler sends a message, all message recipients will receive a copy of the message in their email inbox. When an Admin sends a message, all message recipients will also receive a copy of the message in their email inbox. Click here to see samples of messages sent to and from traveler.

Admins can add message recipients to Travelers individually from the Traveler profile or in batch from the Traveler Dashboard.

To add/remove a message recipient from a Traveler’s profile…

  1. In the Messages tab of the Traveler profile, click Recipients in the floating footer
  2. Select an Admin from the dropdown

To add one or more message recipients for one or more Travelers at a time...

1. Click Travelers in the main navigation menu

2. Search or filter for the desired Traveler or group of Travelers

3. Check the box next to each intended recipient and/or check the box in the header to select all filtered Travelers

4. Click Actions

5. Select Add Message Recipient

6. Select one or more Message Recipient names

7. Click Add

7. Confirm by clicking Add Message Recipient

To remove one or more message recipients for one or more Travelers at a time...

1. Click Travelers in the main navigation menu

2. Search or filter for the desired Traveler or group of Travelers

3. Check the box next to each intended recipient and/or check the box in the header to select all filtered Travelers

4. Click Actions

5. Select Remove Message Recipient

6. Select one or more Message Recipient names

7. Click Remove

7. Confirm by clicking Remove Message Recipient
