Why do I not see a future term during application transfer?

As an Admin, when transferring a Traveler application from one program term to another, you may find that the desired program term is not listed as an option. For clarity, we'll refer to your desired program and term as the 'destination' program and term.

Here are a few reasons why you may not see your desired 'destination' program term:

• The destination internal program term does not have an Application (template). (Click here for info on adding Application Templates in Program Settings.)
• The destination provider program term does not have an Application (template). (Click here for info on adding Application (templates) to Suitcases.)
• The Traveler already has a Traveler application started for the destination program and term
• The program is in Draft, Unpublished or Archived state
• The program has been removed from authorization by the provider
