What Triggers and Conditions are available for Form Type Automations?

Administrators can leverage a variety of triggers and conditions to customize their Automated workflows based on process-related needs.  Below is a comprehensive list of all Form-based Triggers and Conditions currently in Via. For a deeper dive into automations, click here.

If an admin selects Form Status as the preferred trigger, it will not be available as a condition within the same automation. 

Triggers 

  • Form [is] added 
  • Form Deadline [is] 1 to 30 Days in the future or past
  • Form Status [is] desired form status(es)

 

Conditions

  • Form Status [is] desired form status(es)
  • Associated Application Status [is] desired application status
  • Program Name [contains/ does not contain] desired text
  • Program Name [is] exact program name 
  • Term Name [contains/ does not contain] desired term name
