If an admin selects Form Status as the preferred trigger, it will not be available as a condition within the same automation.

If the Traveler Profile Field is null or missing from the Traveler Profile, the Automation will not run.
Financial Aid information can only be added to the Profile by a Traveler through Intake. Intake must be toggled on in the Organization’s Settings, and the organization must enable the Financial Aid to appear.
