What SafeCheck Mailers are sent to Travelers?

SafeCheck mailers are SafeCheck message-related mailers and are only sent to Travelers. There are 2 different SafeCheck mailers:

  1. SafeCheck enrollment
  2. SafeCheck message sent to email

 

SafeCheck enrollment request

Admins can send a SafeCheck enrollment notification through email informing travelers that their organization would like to contact them while they’re away and encouraging them to enroll their in-country mobile number. 

 

 

SafeCheck message sent to email

Any time an admin opts to send SafeCheck content as email to a traveler, the traveler receives an email including the SafeCheck message and encouraging them to check in.
