Program interest & advising mailers are any mailer related to program interest and advising and are only sent to Admins. There are 2 different program interest mailer types.

Have a question for an internal program
Any time a traveler clicks Have a question? on an internal program brochure, the program contact receives an email including the Traveler’s name & question and encouraging them to message the Traveler. If there is no program contact, all default message recipients receive the email. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.
Have a question for an authorized program (sent to the home campus default message recipients and/or Super Users)
Any time a traveler clicks Have a question? on an authorized program brochure, the home campus’ default message recipients receive an email informing them of the specific Traveler’s request and encouraging them to message the Traveler. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.

Any time a Traveler clicks Learn More on an internal program brochure with no future terms, the program contact receives an email informing them of the Traveler’s request and encouraging them to message the Traveler. If there is no program contact, all default message recipients receive the email. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.
Learn More for an authorized program (sent to the home campus admin)
Any time a Traveler clicks Learn More on an authorized program brochure with no future terms or no home campus settings set up, the home campus’ default message recipients receive an email informing them of the Traveler’s request and encouraging them to message the Traveler. If there are no default message recipients, all Super Users receive the email.
