Use cases
- Understand traveler preferences, fears, concerns, desires, hopes, dreams, and priorities by visualizing user-generated data during Traveler intake & program matching experiences (this could help Admins forecast how to connect with & serve students on a deeper level!)
- Identify which programs are often favorited to inform which programs are popular and which are in need of additional marketing
- Segment the student population more by visualizing the breakdown of academic information
- example: 20% of our travelers in Via Global are freshman – download this data as a CSV file and create graphs to share your findings with your campus and colleagues
