      What is the SafeCheck view?

      SafeCheck View

      The SafeCheck view is a location in Via Travel where admins can admins can view, search, sort, and generate custom reports of all SafeCheck messages.

      To access the SafeCheck dashboard…

      1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
      2. Click SafeCheck view in the sub navigation menu

      The following columns are available to add or remove from view (*indicates the ability to filter):

      • Message*
      • Sent Date*
      • Sent By*
      • LocationCheck Requested*
      • # Sent
      • # Responded
      • # Plans
      • Email Sent

      Questions are designed so that Yes is always a 'positive' response and No is always 'negative' making it easy for admins to scan dashboards to see who needs help or a reply.
