What is the default application workflow?
Admins in Via can decide how to use application statuses to create the workflow that suits them best. That said, to save admins time, Via has a default application workflow inherent in the software that requires no additional customization or programming by Admins.
Should an Admin choose to use it, below is a flow chart of the standard application workflow.
This is only one of many Application Workflows that can be achieved by administrators. Using a combination of Via's Application Statuses, administrators can create their own workflow. To learn more about Via's application statuses, click here.

Application status: Incomplete

Action: Traveler submits application
Application status: Submitted

Action: Admin reviews application
Application status: In Review

Action: Admin accepts application

Action: Traveler commits and pre-departure forms appear based on application status of Committed
