What is a Plan Automation History Log?

The Plan Automations History Log provides administrators with a historical record of previously completed automations carried out by our trusty 'Via robots'. Think of Automation History Logs as a 'snapshot in time' that confirms when an Automation was sent, along with helpful historical details for a specific Automation.

This feature allows offices to verify critical communications and tasks that were sent to travelers as part of their automated workflows. Given the high volume of communication within an application cycle, the Automation History Log also serves as an internal check to review past automations to minimize manually sending communications by admins.

If an Automation is edited and performs new Triggers, Conditions, and Actions, it will not impact previous versions of when the Automation was performed.

The Traveler Mailer History Log lists the following information...

  • Recipients
  • [Travel] Type
  • Triggers and Conditions
  • Action performed by the Automation
  • Preview of the Traveler Log 

 

The Admin Mailer History Log lists the following information...

  • Sent On Date
  • Profile Full Name
  • Email
  • [Travel] Type
  • Triggers and Conditions
  • Mailer Subject
  • Preview of the Mailer

 

On the Plan Form History Log lists the following information...

  • Sent On Date
  • Recipients
  • [Travel] Type
  • Triggers and Conditions
  • Action performed by the Automation
  • Preview of the Traveler Log 

 

The Plan Status Change History Log lists the following information...

  • Sent On Date
  • Recipients
  • [Travel] Type
  • Triggers and Conditions
  • Status Updated to [preferred Status]
  • Plan Name
  • Traveler log 

 

To access a Plan Automation's History Log...

  1. Click Builder
  2. Click Automations
  3. Search for the desired Automation
  4. Click the History Log Icon
