You’ve got forms
A Traveler receives this mailer when...
- Admin adds forms to the term to which Traveler has an application
- Admin adds forms to a Traveler (Travelers must have an application to add forms directly to them)
- Traveler commits to a program that has forms
- Traveler’s application status changes to Committed, Nominated, Conditionally Approved, or Approved for a program that has forms
Form status change
Any time a Traveler’s form changes to any status, the Traveler receives an email informing them of the form status change and encouraging them to view the form.
Form deadline reminder
Any Traveler who has a Committed, Nominated, Approved, or Conditionally Approved application with forms in the Not Started or Started status receives a form deadline reminder 10 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the form deadline. If the Not Started or Started forms are associated with an application that is no longer in any of the above statuses, form deadline reminders are not sent. In addition, form deadline reminders are not sent for forms that have a status of Submitted or Accepted.
