Event mailers are any event-related mailers sent to Travelers. There are 5 different event mailers:
- Event invitation
- Event registration confirmation
- Event reminder
- Event cancellation
- Event attendance
All mailers below are automatic and not customizable. Travelers can turn these notifications off in their 'My Notifications' settings.
Any Traveler invited, either individually or in batch, by an Admin receives an email informing them of the invitation and asking if they’d like to register for the event.
Event registration confirmation
Any Traveler who registers for an event receives an email confirming their registration and asking if they’d like to take the next step in a global opportunity.
Any Traveler who has registered for an event receives an email reminder 1 day prior to the event’s start date.
Any Traveler who was invited to or had registered for an event receives an email informing them of the event’s cancellation and asking if they’d like to continue exploring global opportunities.
Any Traveler who registers their attendance at an event receives an email thanking them for attendance and encouraging them to take the next step toward a global opportunity. This mailer is also sent to Travelers who were uploaded as attendees by an Admin.
