Application Mailers sent to Travelers
Internal program application started
Any Traveler who starts an application to an internal program receives an email confirming the application’s creation and encouraging them to continue.
Authorized program application started
Any Traveler who starts an application to an authorized program receives an email confirming the home campus application’s creation and encouraging them to continue.
Application deadline reminder
Any Traveler who has an Incomplete application to a future term receives an application deadline reminder 10 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the application deadline. If the application is any other status other than Incomplete, application deadline reminders are not sent.
Keep in mind that Travelers receive reminders based on the application status they see. Therefore, if there is a decision release timeline, remember that if an application is still in Incomplete in the Traveler's point of view, they will receive the reminders.
Application status change notification
Any time a Traveler’s application changes to any status other than Accepted, the Traveler receives an email informing them of the application status change and encouraging them to view it. This mailer is sent even if the Traveler themself changes the status.
Internal program application acceptance
Any time a Traveler’s internal program application changes to Accepted, the Traveler receives an email informing them of their acceptance and encouraging them to Commit.
Authorized program application acceptance
Any time a Traveler’s authorized program application changes to Accepted, the Traveler receives an email informing them of their home campus acceptance and encouraging them to commit and complete all home campus & provider pre-departure requirements.
