How do I view and report on Activity Detail data?

The Activity Detail view in Via Travel is where admins can admins can view, search, sort, filter, and generate custom reports of activity details.

To access the Activity Detail view…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. Click the Details view in the sub navigation menu
  3. Click Activity Details in the dropdown menu
  4. Use filters to narrow down results to the desired population of data

The following columns are available to add or remove from view (*indicates the ability to filter):

  • Traveler Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • SafeCheck Phone
  • Plan Name
  • Plan Start Date*
  • Plan End Date*
  • Plan Locations
  • Activity Nickname
  • Activity Provider Name
  • Activity Type*
  • Activity Start Date*
  • Activity Start Time
  • Activity End Date*
  • Activity End Time
  • Detail Timing*
  • Plan Availability
  • Plan Status*
  • Registration Status*
  • Activity Address
  • Activity Provider Contact Name
  • Confirmation #
  • Notes
  • Add to Travelers

To generate a custom report…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. Click the Details view in the sub navigation menu
  3. Click Activity Details in the dropdown menu
  4. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired content
  5. Click the cloud icon with the downward arrow to download a CSV of all data visible on your screen
