      How do I view a Traveler's own itinerary?

      In Via Travel, Travelers on a Solo Plan create their own itinerary by adding transportation, housing and activity details to their Solo Plan. Travelers on a Group Plan have their own itinerary that can be comprised of a combination of Group Details and/or the Traveler's own details that they have added to their own itinerary.

      In either case, an admin has the ability to view a Traveler's own itinerary.

       

      To view a traveler’s itinerary…

      1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
      2. You will land on the Plans view
      3. Click Plan name of desired solo plan
      4. Click the WHO’S GOING tab in the left navigation menu
      5. To view their itinerary, click View Itinerary
