How do I view a Traveler Plan Form History Log?

Once a Plan Form is added to a Traveler each individual form will have its own history log. Admins with permission may want to see what Via calls the 'whodunnit' of Plan Form statuses. Admins who want to see when a Plan Form status changed, to what status, and by whom, can easily view that information from a Traveler's individual Plan Form.

To view a Traveler's Plan Form History Log...

1. Click Via Travel
2. Click the Plan Form (dashboard view)
3. Filter for your desired data
4. Click the Plan Form Name hyperlink for the traveler's Plan Form
5. Click Actions in the upper right corner
6. Select View History Log from the dropdown menu
7. Once done viewing, click Close or X to return to the Form Review mode
