How do I view a Traveler Application History Log?

Admins with permission may want to see what Via calls the whodunnit of Application statuses. Admins who want to see when an Application status changed, to what status, and by whom, can easily view that information from the Traveler Application.

To view the Application History Log...

1. Click Applications

2. Find the desired Traveler Application

3. Click the Application Template name

4. Click Actions in the upper right corner

5. Select View History Log from the dropdown menu

6. Once done viewing, click Close to return to the Application Review mode
