How do I view a Traveler Form History Log?

Admins with permission may want to see what Via calls the whodunnit of Form statuses. Admins who want to see when a Form status changed, to what status, and by whom, can easily view that information from a Traveler's Form.

To view the Form History Log...

1. Click Forms

2. Find the desired Traveler Form

3. Click the name of the Form (template)

4. Click Actions in the upper right corner

5. Select View History Log from the dropdown menu

6. Once done viewing, click Close or X to return to the Form Review mode
