      How do I use a QR code to add to my program flyers?

      Using a QR code Generator application (there are many on the market), add the appropriate Via TRM program brochure page URL when generating the QR code. 

      Visitor program brochures (and the entire Visitor Program Dashboard) can be accessed by anyone without logging in. For more information on the Visitor Program Dashboard, click here.

      Traveler program brochures are behind a login and cannot be accessed without creating a Via TRM account.

      Here’s how to find and copy links for Travelers and Visitors to program brochures to add to your QR code:

      Option 1:

      1. Login to Via
      2. Click Programs
      3. Click the name of the desired program
      4. Click the link icon at the top of the program brochure on the left side (see 'lil pic below for reference) to copy the link to your clipboard

      5. Save to a QR code
       

      Option 2:

      1. Login to Via
      2. Click Programs
      3. Click the name of the desired program
      4. Click Edit Program
      5. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the Direct Program Link (see pic below for reference)

      6. Click Copy or click on the link itself to save the link to your clipboard
      7. Save to a QR code
       

      Option 3:

      1. Login to Via
      2. Click Programs
      3. Click the Settings Wheel of the desired program
      4. Copy the Visitor URL from the top of the page (directly beneath the program name)
      5. Save to a QR code
       

      Option 4 (many clicks and, therefore, the least recommended option, but it's still an option) 😇 :

      1. Login to Via
      2. Click Programs
      3. Click Open next to View & share visitor programs in the top right corner of the screen

      4. Click the desired program name to open that program brochure
      5. Click the link icon at the top of the program brochure on the left side (see 'lil pic below for reference) to copy the link to your clipboard

      6. Save to a QR code

       

      Travelers can ONLY ACCESS the Traveler program brochure and the Visitor program brochure. If an Administrator copies the Admin view of the program brochure from your browser, Travelers will be blocked from seeing the program. Do NOT copy the URL of the program brochure from your browser when in the Administrator view - only use the shareable links provided on the program brochure.
