How do I update the Plan Status of a Via Travel Plan?
Admins can update and edit the Plan Status of a Solo or Group Plan. A Plan can have only one Plan Status at a time. Admins can use Plan Statuses to work within whatever their approval process is for their own organization. There are 4 Plan Statuses available:
- Registered
- Pending Approval
- Approved
- Not Approved
To update plan status from the Plan Dashboard…
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- You will land on the Plans view
- Select the desired plan(s) by checking the box next to the Plan name(s)
- Click Actions
- Click Update Plan Status from the dropdown
- Select the desired status from the dropdown
- Click Continue
- Read the prompt
- Click Update
Plan status is not editable by Travelers on their Solo Plans.
To update plan status from within the Plan…
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- You will land on the Plans view
- Open the desired Plan by clicking the Plan name
- Click Edit Group Plan or Edit Solo Plan
- Select the desired plan status from the dropdown
- Click Save Plan
