How do I update a Plan Form Status

Admins with permission have the ability to update a Traveler Plan Form Status at any time. The following statuses are currently options in Via:

  • Not started
  • Started
  • Submitted
  • Accepted

 

To update a Plan Form’s status from the individual review mode...

  1. Click Via Travel
  2. Click on the Plan Forms (or Plan Form Content) Dashboard view
  3. Filter down for your preferred data
  4. Click on the Plan Form Name hyperlink
  5. In the Administrative Review panel on the right, click into the Plan Form status dropdown
  6. Select the Plan Form Status
  7. Click Save

 

To update a Traveler Plan Form’s status from the Plan Form Dashboard view...

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. Click Plan Forms 
  3. Filter down for your preferred data
  4. Select the checkboxes to one or more data rows
  5. Click Actions
  6. Click Update Plan Form Status
  7. Select the desired form status from the dropdown
  8. Click Update

 

 

To update a Traveler Plan Form’s status from the Plan Form Content Dashboard view...

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. Click Plan Forms Content 
  3. Select your preferred Plan Form Template
  4. Filter down for your preferred data
  5. Select the checkboxes to one or more data rows
  6. Click Actions
  7. Click Update Plan Form Status
  8. Select the desired form status from the dropdown
  9. Click Update
