Admins with permission have the ability to update a Traveler Plan Form Status at any time. The following statuses are currently options in Via:
- Not started
- Started
- Submitted
- Accepted
To update a Plan Form’s status from the individual review mode...
- Click Via Travel
- Click on the Plan Forms (or Plan Form Content) Dashboard view
- Filter down for your preferred data
- Click on the Plan Form Name hyperlink
- In the Administrative Review panel on the right, click into the Plan Form status dropdown
- Select the Plan Form Status
- Click Save
To update a Traveler Plan Form’s status from the Plan Form Dashboard view...
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- Click Plan Forms
- Filter down for your preferred data
- Select the checkboxes to one or more data rows
- Click Actions
- Click Update Plan Form Status
- Select the desired form status from the dropdown
- Click Update
To update a Traveler Plan Form’s status from the Plan Form Content Dashboard view...
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- Click Plan Forms Content
- Select your preferred Plan Form Template
- Filter down for your preferred data
- Select the checkboxes to one or more data rows
- Click Actions
- Click Update Plan Form Status
- Select the desired form status from the dropdown
- Click Update
