How do I turn on/off Traveler Intake or Program Match?

Admins with permission can opt not to have Travelers fill out Traveler Intake and/or Program Match upon first logging in to Via. If an Admin turns off both Traveler Intake and Program Match, travelers will land on the Traveler view of the Program Dashboard upon first login. 

To turn off Traveler Intake:

1. Login to Via
2. Click the photo/silhouette in the upper right corner
3. In the Organization tab, scroll to Organization Settings
4. De-select the check mark next to Traveler Intake
5. Click Save

To turn off Program Match:

1. Login to Via
2. Click the photo/silhouette in the upper right corner
3. In the Organization tab, scroll to Organization Settings
4. De-select the check mark next to Program Match
5. Click Save

To turn ON either Traveler Intake or Program Match, simply follow the instructions above, but check the box next to the desired experience so that the check mark reappears and click Save.
