How do I send an email to Travelers associated with a Via Travel Plan?

Admins can send email messages to Travelers from Via Travel Travelers view and the Who's Going table view. Email messages are sent to recipients email inboxes, including all content in the message. Travelers reply to messages sent from Via from within the Via TRM Message Center.

 

To send an email from the Via Travel Travelers view…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Plans view
  3. Click on Travelers to toggle to the Travelers view
  4. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired Travelers
  5. Select the desired traveler(s) by checking the box next to their name(s)
  6. Click Actions
  7. Click Email from the dropdown
  8. Type the subject & email content
  9. Click Send

To send an email from the Who's Going table view…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Plans view
  3. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired plan
  4. Click on the Plan name
  5. Click WHO’S GOING in the left navigation menu
  6. Click the table icon
  7. Select the desired traveler(s)
  8. Click Traveler Actions
  9. Click Email from the dropdown
  10. Type the subject & email content
  11. Click Send
