How do I send an Alert with Safety Check-in to my Travelers?

Via Travel's Risk Alerts allow admins to send safety check-ins to on-site travelers who may have been impacted by an incident reported. By sending a safety check-in, admins also will share the most up-to-date information about the reported incident, a map showing the location where the event took place, advice on how to stay safe, and contact information for local emergency services to all (potentially) impacted travelers.  Sending a Risk Alert will also allow Admins to easily ascertain whether on-site travelers are safe or need immediate assistance.
