      How do I send a SafeCheck Enrollment Request in Via Travel?

      Administrators with permission can send a notification from Via encouraging Travelers to enroll their in-country mobile number in order to receive SafeCheck SMS messages.

      To send this notification...

      1. Login to Via and click Via Travel in the main navigation
      2. Click Travelers to view all Travelers
      3. Check the box next to the desired Traveler/s
      4. Click the Actions drop down menu and select Send SafeCheck Enrollment Request
      5. Selected Travelers will receive a notification in their email encouraging them to sign in to Via and enroll their in-country mobile number
