How do I send a message from the Event Dashboard?

Admins can send messages to Travelers one at a time or in batch from the Event Participants view. Via will only send messages to Travelers that have an account in Via. Travelers that do not have an account in Via are easily identified as they do not have a hyperlink associated with their name or email address in the Participants view.

To send a message…

  1. Click Events in the main navigation menu
  2. Click Participants in the sub navigation menu
  3. Select the desired traveler(s)
  4. Click Actions
  5. Click Send Message from the dropdown
  6. Type in message content. Format as desired.
  7. Click Send
