How do I send travelers a message from the Application Dashboard?

To send a message from the Application Dashboard…

1. Click Applications in the main navigation menu
2. Click Application Dashboard in the dropdown
3. Check the box/es to select the desired Traveler application/s
4. Click Actions
5. Click Send Message from the dropdown
6. Type the subject & email content
7. Click Send
8. Read the prompt
9. Click Send
