How do I see Who's Going on a specific Travel Plan?

The Who’s Going view of a Plan shows the roster of Travelers associated with that specific Plan.

To navigate to the Who's Going view of a Plan...

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Plans view
  3. Click Plan name of desired solo plan
  4. Click the WHO’S GOING tab in the left navigation menu

The Who's Going tab has two different view options - the list view and the table view.

In the list view, admins see individual traveler names, photos, number of details per Traveler. From this view, Admins can click to view a Traveler's itinerary.

In the table view, accessed by toggling to the table icon, Admins can search, sort, filter, generate custom reports, and take batch actions on desired Travelers.

In the table view, the following columns are available to add or remove from view (*indicates the ability to filter):
