How do I report on Via Travel Plan data?
Plan reporting is any report of Solo or Group Plan data. Admins can generate custom reports on plans from the Plans view.
To generate a custom report…
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- Click the Plans view in the sub navigation menu
- Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired content
- Click the cloud icon with the downward arrow to download a CSV of all data visible on your screen
