How do I Report on Travel Risk Alerts?

Via's Risk Alerts reporting functionality allows admins with permission to generate reports on all Risk Alerts (past and present). All Risk Alerts collected will be stored within the Risk Alert History dashboard view. This dashboard displays all Travel Risk Alerts chronologically, starting from the most recent to the oldest reported. Moreover, admins (with permission) can easily report by date range, Risk Levels, Risk Types, Traveler Check-In Statuses, Travelers Impacted, and Location.

Note: Only Via Travel license holders have access to alerts. For more information on how to add Alerts to your account, email info@via-trm.com.

To Report on Risk Alerts...

  1. Click on the exclamation point icon on the top right corner of your screen (you'll notice it in red) and then click View All on the top center of the Travel Alert Feed
  2. OR click Reports in the main navigation menu and then click Risk Alerts
  3. On the top right corner of the data table, select your desired From and To date range
  4. Click on the filter icon located on the top right corner of the data table to narrow down your search by Risk Levels, Risk Types, traveler Check-In Statuses, Travelers Impacted, and Country 
  5. Click Apply
  6. To download a CSV, click on the cloud icon located on the top right corner of the data table
