How do I report on SafeCheck data?

SafeCheck reporting is any report that includes SafeCheck message data. Admins can generate reports on SafeCheck messages from the following locations:

  1. SafeCheck view
  2. Specific SafeCheck message

SafeCheck view

Admins can generate custom reports of all SafeCheck message data onto one CSV.

To generate a custom report…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. Click the SafeCheck view in the sub navigation menu
  3. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired content
  4. Click the cloud icon with the downward arrow to download a CSV of all data visible on your screen

Individual SafeCheck message

Admins can generate a report of a specific SafeCheck message onto one CSV. 

To generate a custom report…

  2. Click the SafeCheck view in the sub navigation menu
  3. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired message
  4. Click on the SafeCheck message
  5. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired content
  6. Click the cloud icon with the downward arrow to download a CSV of all data visible on your screen

Use cases to report on SafeCheck messages

  • Track all safety, urgent, update, feedback, and wellness outreach to travelers 
  • Serve up the report to upper management to ensure transparency of all traveler communications, responses & locations
