How do I remove Travelers from or reinstate Travelers to a Via Travel Plan?

Once Travelers are associated with a Travel Plan roster, they are always on the list so that admins can maintain a record of all travelers associated with the Plan. Travelers that are removed from the Plan have a Travel Status of 'Not Going.' Travelers that are reinstated to the Plan have a Travel Status of 'Going.'

To remove Travelers from a Via Travel Plan…

1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
2. You will land on the Plans view
3. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired plan
4. Click on the Plan name
5. Click WHO’S GOING in the left navigation menu
6. Click the table icon
7. Select the desired traveler(s) by checking the box next to their name(s)
8. Click Traveler Actions
9. Click Remove Travelers from the dropdown
10. Read the prompt
11. Click Yes, Remove Traveler
    
    

To reinstate Travelers to a Via Travel Plan…

1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
2. You will land on the Plans view
3. Search, sort, and/or filter for the desired plan
4. Click on the Plan name
5. Click WHO’S GOING in the left navigation menu
6. Click the table icon
7. Select the desired traveler(s) by checking the box next to their name(s)
8. Click Traveler Actions
9. Click Reinstate Travelers from the dropdown
10. Read the prompt
11. Click Yes, Reinstate Traveler
