How do I remove a Tag from a Traveler Plan Form?

Admins with permission can remove tags that have been added to a Traveler Plan Form. This can be done in the Plan Form Review Mode for each individual traveler. If a tag is accidentally removed, it can easily be re-added.

 

To remove a Tag from a Traveler Plan Form...

  1. Log in to Via as an admin with permission to Add / Edit Traveler Plan Form Notes, Reviews & Tags
  2. Go to the Via Travel dashboard
  3. Click on Plan Forms or Plan Form Content dashboard view
  4. Click the name of the Plan Form Template to go to the Plan Form Review Mode
  5. On the Administrative Review Panel, click the dropdown menu under the Plan Form Tags 
  6. Click the X on the tag you wish to remove
  7. Click Save
