How do I remove Admin access from Administrative users?

Remove Admin access

Super Users can remove Admin access at any time. Once access is removed, Admins:

  • Cannot access their Via Global Admin account unless re-invited by a Super User
  • Will no longer receive mailers
  • Will no longer be assigned as a Default Message Recipient  if they were previously assigned as one 
  • Cannot be assigned as a Program Contact or Program Administrator on any Internal Program
  • Will no longer be assigned as a Message Recipient for Travelers if they were previously assigned as one
  • Cannot be assigned as a Message Recipient for any Travelers 

 To remove Admin access…

  1. Click your photo/silhouette in the upper right corner and select Settings
  2. Click the Users tab
  3. Next to the desired admin, click the remove admin access icon under the "Remove Access" column
  4. On the "Remove & Transfer Data" pop-up modal, from the dropdown, select an Admin to whom you want to 'transfer data'
  5. Click Transfer Data

Data transfer refers to Program Contact/Administrator assignment and Message Recipient assignment.

If you would like to re-activate an admin user to grant them access again, simply click + Invite Admin User to re-invite them.
